Parent Support and Education
It’s not just them who needs support—
You do, too.
What’s often missing from the conversation around neurodivergence is you—the parent, partner, or educator walking alongside them. The truth is, it can be overwhelming, emotionally draining, and deeply dysregulating to support someone you love without the tools or space to care for yourself.
To truly co-regulate with the neurodivergent individuals in our lives, we must learn to regulate ourselves first. That’s why Neurotivate was created—to support the supporters through transformative retreats and community experiences designed specifically for those who give so much.
You’ll walk away with:
Evidence-based tools for nervous system regulation
Deeper emotional insight into your experience
Real connection with others who get it
This is where science meets nature for whole-human healing and growth.

Do you ever feel like you’ve tried everything—and still feel stuck?
Whether you're a parent, educator, or partner, it’s exhausting to feel helpless or overwhelmed when someone you care about is struggling. Maybe you’re following all the advice, or you've found a decent rhythm—but something still feels off. You want real understanding, not just more strategies that don’t stick.
Rooted in Regulation is more than a course. It's a mindset-shifting experience that blends science and nature to help you understand the why behind behaviors—especially in children and adults often labeled as “sensitive,” “reactive,” “behavioral,” or “neurodivergent” (ADHD, Autism, etc.).
You’ll learn:
How the brain-body connection directly impacts behavior and learning
Why regulation—not reward charts or punishment—is the key to progress
How to support others (and yourself) from a whole-human perspective
This course empowers you with the tools, insight, and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change. And the best part? Most participants walk away not only understanding their loved one better—but also reconnecting with themselves.
